Can I go to Total Urgent Care?

Our Total Urgent Care centre manages most non-life threatening emergencies, such as resolved chest discomfort, mild respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, orthopaedic ailments, sports injuries and a variety of other medical and surgical conditions.

What happens if my medical condition is serious during my arrival or stay at Total Urgent Care?

If you develop a serious emergency medical condition that is beyond our capabilities during your stay, we will contact 000 and transfer you to the nearest Emergency Department.

What is the cost of attending Total Urgent Care?

Total Urgent Care charges a reasonable and affordable facility fee, which is not covered by Medicare or health insurance. Medicare will completely cover any extra expenses incurred at the conclusion of a patient's admission to Total Urgent Care, regardless of the kind of treatment or complexity of procedure. Radiology and pathology services are bulk billed for Medicare card holders.

What happens if need admission to the hospital?

If your medical condition needs hospitalisation, we will assist you by contacting the appropriate receiving team at either a public or private hospital.

Will I get follow up or reviewed at Total Urgent Care after discharge?

At Total Urgent Care we believe in treating urgent medical conditions and getting people back their daily activities sooner. If you need further follow up after discharge from Total Urgent Care, we can help you to arrange it with your GP or specialist.
